We must not neglect the proper help that modern psychology provides - The responsibility of all Christians.

People are all different. Not a single person is the same. Twins are similar to each other, but their personalities and rituals are not the same. If you look at people who look similar, they are diverse, unique, and creative. We sometimes question why the person next to me is so different.

Because of the difference, we are in pain and want the person to be as if his thoughts and judgment were the same as his actions. However, it is common for such expectations to fall apart. What should we do to understand and understand the other person?

Researching and exploring human origins and human nature in depth helps us understand our lives and neighbors. Therefore, the help of modern psychology in understanding humans is appropriate. In order to love each other, which is the goal of the Catholic Church in different people, 'the efforts of unity and understanding in diversity' are essential to a society that lives together.

God wants us to love each other and live. But you can't love everyone. Such ideal ideas are useless after all. But what methodologies we need to take to accept Christ's orders to love each other can be learned through outstanding education. You can learn why I and other people can only act like that and why I make different judgments from myself through specific learning.

There are people who reveal their goals to love and live with each other in a form that shows them. We call him a Catholic priest. The priest is called the another Christ(Alter Christus). It is also called the agent of Christ. The priest's thoughts, words, and actions are all people who have to imitate and resemble Christ.

The Catholic Church orders applicants who are about to become priests not to neglect the many help modern psychology offers. Constant learning, understanding, and patience to understand people are the basic skills of candidates who want to be priests. Christ was God and man at the same time. Jesus Christ, whom we follow and believe in, has experienced all the phenomena that people experience, including human joy and hope, pain, sadness and trials.

I learned at the seminary that I should be human before I become a priest. Priests should respect people, acknowledge human dignity, be considerate of each other, and set an example for the other to change because of Christ's resemblance. However, realizing those life goals is not an easy task. I was born from my parents and learned faith from my paternal grandmother(Maria KIM), who took care of me since I was a baby. Today is the anniversary of my grandmother, who helped the suffering and led them to change because they resemble Jesus.

On today's Holy Transformation Day of the Lord, we pray and mass so that we can change like Jesus. He who wants to be a priest must have a heart to resemble Jesus Christ. Because the priest's heart is Jesus' heart. The priest is the shepherd who leads the flock. The shepherd should set an example for the sheep. Therefore, the council orders that the candidate's personality, character, mind, and soul of the person who is about to become a priest are truly important and should be carefully examined:

I prayed, studied and worked today to live like a seminary student. I should try a little harder asking for God's help. Saint Father John Maria Bianney, the patron saint of the priesthood of our home, who urged us to live like the seminary to be the greatest priest. Pray to God for us. Grandmother Maria KIM, who has devoted her whole life to the life of Jesus Christ to her neighbors, pray to God for me. Saint Mother Mary of all priests in the world, pray to God for us.

The sacred synod commends first of all the traditional means of common effort, such as urgent prayer, Christian penance and a constantly more intensive training of the faithful by preaching, by catechetical instructions or by the many media of social communication that will show forth the need, the nature and the importance of the priestly vocation. The synod moreover orders that the entire pastoral activity of fostering vocations be methodically and coherently planned and, with equal prudence and zeal, fostered by those organizations for promoting vocations which, in accord with the appropriate pontifical documents, have already been or will be set up in the territory of individual dioceses, regions or countries. Also, no opportune aids are to be overlooked which modern Psychological and sociological research has brought to light.

If experts in biology, medicine, and psychology work together for joint research, they can greatly contribute to the happiness of marriage and family and to peace of conscience. - 52, Gaudium et Spes, DOCUMENTS OF THE SECOND VATICAN COUNCIL

The study of humans is called Anthropology. Since I became a priest, I have taught a subject called anthropology in University. It was a comprehensive study of human nature, covering biological, medical, psychological backgrounds and philosophical fields beginning with human origins. Although approaches to biology, medicine, and sociology to humans were also meaningful, psychological approaches were the most interesting to me. It was a great shock to me that men and women were clearly different and that the mysterious providence of why God created men and women. The Catholic Church has already declared that men and women should live without discrimination and respect each other for 2,000 years. However, the argument that men and women should be the same in every way is also rejected. Because men and women are not the same, but equal. Men and women in the Catholic Church are not discriminated against and differ, and they are also distinguished, try to help each other, understand ea...
